When will it be released?
Preparations for Google Play, the App Store and the Microsoft Store are under way. The links will be added to this page when it is released.
Which devices does it run on?
Android phones and tablets, Android e-ink tablets, Windows computers and Apple devices: iPhone, iPad, Mac. The App Store version is in preparation.
On my e-ink tablet, lines get thicker or change color when I lift the pen. What should I do?
The tablet's display settings for this app may have fast refresh, high contrast or vivid color turned on. These settings darken the saved stroke and change its colors. With the app open, open the tablet's display panel: switch refresh from fast to a normal mode, choose standard color instead of vivid, and turn off high contrast.
Which years does the planner cover?
This year and next year. A new year is added from inside the app; your past years and what you wrote always stay open.
What happens to the calendar when I travel?
Whichever country your phone is in, that country's public holidays appear in the calendar. Turkey's religious days appear only while you are in Turkey.
Is my location sent anywhere?
No. Country and city are found on the phone itself. Only an approximate city is stored in your account, so that your tablet and computer show the same city.
Which languages can I use it in?
Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. The app opens in your phone's language; you change it with the Language box in the account panel.
Which account can I sign in with?
Your Google account, Apple on iPhone and iPad, or any email address with a password. Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, Yahoo, iCloud; whichever you use.
Who can see my notes?
Only you. Notes are kept on your device first and, once connected, in your own cloud space linked to your account.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from inside the app. “Delete my account” in the account panel permanently deletes your account and all your data in the cloud. If you like, you take your single-file backup first.
Does it work without the internet?
Yes. Nothing you write is lost; it syncs when the connection returns.
Does handwriting recognition need the internet?
The first time, a language file is downloaded once. After that, recognition happens on the phone or tablet itself, offline.
Can I make a backup?
Yes. You download your whole planner, your notes and your handwriting as a single file, and restore from that same file.
Will I get alerts on my computer?
Yes, while the app is open. When it is closed, the alert goes to your phone and tablet.
